Samsung washing machine was asking for a drum clean every 5 washes sometimes less. Daniel came out had a look and noticed when draining out the appliance it was a spluttery. Had a look at the small built in filter which was very clogged. Cleaned it and put it back in (I'm kicking myself). We have used it 3 times so far will update if it has fixed the issue. I'd not while he was here said the only other thing could be a new board and has put the cost and part number on out invoice. Very good service indeed.

The Engineer, Elliott Brook, gave us an ETA when initially calling to diagnose the fault with our fridge door, but also in advance of his arrival to fit the replacement hinges. All in all, a very pleasant an efficient engineer who I would not hesitate to recommend to other potential customers.

You were good at messaging me & keeping me informed. I don't know why an engineer had to come all the way from Aldershot/Farnborough area. Was there not a nearer contact. I'm not sure he was pleased to come such a long way on a very hot day to tell me that the dishwasher needed replacing.
